The Snippers Salon was opened in 1983. In 2007 the salon moved into its new space above the old salon, a fantastic ex dance hall. We managed to preserve the old heritage of the building but spiced it up with a new feel and fittings and now have created a very unique spacious luxury salon. Shaun the Salon director and founder was trained in London at Toni & Guy,Jingles, Alan International, and Vidal Sassoon schools. Shaun has also had the fortune to work alongside some of the greats of the hairdressing industry including Anthony Mascolo, DJ Muldoon, Bruno Mascolo and James Morrison. Snippers has always focused on fashion and new technologies, Updating trends and seamlessly making them work for all age groups. Training is key to our success, and our team have all attended training schools in London and are updated throughout the year with other courses from Paul Mitchell and the Bed head academies. 99% of our future professionals came top of their class at college. Shaun has also worked for Wella as a trainer launching Colour and perming products, so a passion and love of hairdressing has always been built into our culture and what we try to do with hair. The salon uses only the very best professional hair products Paul Mitchell, Tigi and Wella have to offer, and couple with our teams expertise in 2008 the salon reached 'Focus Salon' status from Paul Mitchell. In 2007 we launched a beauty salon. Providing all the usual relaxing treatments and some very unique ones including Permanent make up, Anti aging treatments, Collagen Wave Treatments, Skin Peels and many more. The beauty salon uses Guinot products. We will be launching a salon only make-up range late summer 2009.
